About Elena Dimitrova
I’m a marketer with over a decade of experience supporting teams and founders across events, wellness, and small businesses. My work focuses on clear thinking, practical execution, and keeping marketing moving when there’s a lot going on.
I’ve worked with both established teams and early-stage businesses, which means I’m comfortable stepping into fast-paced, target-driven environments, as well as supporting people who are still figuring out how marketing fits into what they do.
How I work
I work best when marketing needs both direction and delivery. I focus on understanding what matters most, setting clear priorities, and keeping activity aligned across channels so plans turn into action.
My role often sits between strategy and execution, keeping an eye on the bigger picture while managing the day-to-day details that help campaigns move forward without unnecessary complexity.
Projects I’m proud of
Alongside my marketing work, I also run a photography business, working with individuals, couples, families, and retreats. Photography keeps me close to people and real moments, and strongly influences how I approach clarity, storytelling, and communication in my marketing work.
I’m also the licensee and organiser of TEDxPraça Gil Eanes in Lagos, Algarve, where I help shape the overall vision of the event and work with a dedicated team to bring thoughtful ideas, conversation, and community together locally.
